The new X-Men: Apocalypse movie, out May 27th, has all the makings of a summer blockbuster: it's an action-packed Marvel comic come to life with Jennifer Lawrence at its helm, after all.
But the movie is even more anticipated because some of the legacy cast members from the franchise aren't returning for this rendition of the saga — most notably, Halle Berry won't be reprising her role as Storm. (And, despite her Halloween costume, Beyoncé won't be assuming the role, either.)
The film is destined to be a major make or break for its new blood — our eyes are particularly cast on Game of Thrones' Sophie Turner, who's playing Jean Grey. And even though the trailer (which just debuted during Super Bowl 50) leaves much to the imagination, save for that haunting last clip of Mystique being choked out, we're already getting excited for the end of May.
